• Messages you send us by email or text.
• Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used only to keep this website working well.

• To reply to you and provide what you have asked for.
• To send text messages you have agreed to receive, such as order updates, appointment reminders or account notifications.
• To keep our services secure and meet our legal obligations.

We never sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Just email us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can also contact your local data protection authority.
