Text message terms

• What you’ll receive: 16 Doubles sends text messages only to people who have opted in — for example order updates, appointment reminders, account notifications and replies to your enquiries.
• How often: message frequency varies depending on your activity with us.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opting out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming you have been removed.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or email conor@16doubles.com.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
